Our time together will focus on understanding your needs, identifying what is getting in the way of meeting them, and working together to create thoughtful and practical, evidence based solutions - with compassion, and curiosity supporting us through the process.
I deeply care about others, and I believe we can address the challenging issues you might be facing with the sensitivity they require, but I don't think it is a one size fits all situation. If you prefer a more direct approach without mental health jargon, I will always work to find the style and approach that works best for you.
